At Heiress Beverly Hills, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We offer returns and exchanges on all full-priced items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in original condition with all tags and hygiene seals intact.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security ribbons are still attached to the garments.

  Ship the Item

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and drop off the package at any authorized courier location within 48 hours of your request.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our Beverly Hills team inspects the returned items, your refund or store credit will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
